Kharkiv under drone, missile attack

This was reported on Telegram by the Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, according to Ukrinform.

"An explosion was heard in Kharkiv. There are still enemy drones over the city," he wrote, urging residents to be cautious.

A few minutes later, the Mayor reported two more explosions.

"There is information about strikes in the Kholodnohirskyi district; a fire has broken out at the site. Details are being clarified," Terekhov added.

Later, the Mayor clarified: "As a result of the strikes on the city, a civilian enterprise building, several private houses, and cars were damaged."

According to him, five people were injured in the attack, including a seven-year-old boy.

Later, Russian forces launched two ballistic missile strikes at Kharkiv, which was reported by the Mayor.

According to him, one missile hit a road in the Kyivskyi district, the second missile struck near apartment buildings in the same district. Windows were shattered in the buildings, and facades were damaged. No one has sought medical assistance so far.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force had warned about several groups of enemy drones moving through the eastern and northern regions. Air raid alerts were declared in several areas, including Kharkiv region.
