Fires break out in Kharkiv in Russian drone attack

As a result of a Russian drone attack in Kharkiv, fires broke out in two districts of the city, the roof of an enterprise building was hit, and one person was injured.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Ukrinform saw.

According to his update, in the Kyivskyi district of the city, a an enterprise building roof was damaged and a fire occurred.

Also, as a result of the strike, a fire broke out in the city’s Shevchenkivskyi district.

"In the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, a person was injured as a result of the attack by enemy drones," Oleh Syniehubov reported.

Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov detailed the consequences of the shelling.

"A car service station was hit in the Shevchenkivskyi district – the premises and several vehicles were damaged. In the Kyivskyi district, as a result of the attack, windows were shattered in several houses," the official wrote on his Telegram channel.

Medics are providing all necessary assistance to those affected as emergency response services are working at the scene of the blaze.

As Ukrinform reported, a series of explosions were heard during a Russian air raid in Kharkiv.
