Russians shell village in Sumy region with cluster munitions, one killed and one wounded

This was reported in the Telegram of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

“Today the enemy fired on the village on the territory of the Mykolaiv village community. A cluster munition hit civilians directly. A 67-year-old woman was killed as a result of the attack - she was working in the garden near her home,” the statement said.

As noted, another woman was injured as a result of the impact - she was hospitalized, and doctors are currently providing the necessary assistance.

Also, a fire broke out at the arrival site - rescuers are working there.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that a man was wounded in the morning attack on the Romny community.

There is also a dead and wounded as a result of a night strike on the Khotyn community.
