Drones targeted a facility producing Shahed UAVs in Yelabuga, Tatarstan, as well as a chemical plant in Russia’s Ivanovo region.
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, wrote this in a Telegram post, as reported by Ukrinform.
"Unknown drones struck Yelabuga in the Russian Federation, where Shahed UAVs are produced, as well as a chemical plant in the Ivanovo region that manufactures components for Russian equipment and weapons, including missiles," Kovalenko stated.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, the Azot enterprise in Russia’s Tula region—which produces chemicals potentially usable for military purposes—was also hit.
