Russians drop aerial bombs on Kostiantynivka: three killed, four wounded

Russian forces dropped three aerial bombs on the private residential sector of Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, killing three civilians and injuring four others.

This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram, as cited by Ukrinform.

At 10:48, the occupiers carried out three airstrikes on Kostiantynivka, deploying FAB-250 bombs equipped with UMPK modules.

The bombs struck residential areas, resulting in the deaths of a married couple, aged 47 and 48, and a 78-year-old pensioner.

Four others, including two women aged 67 and 73, and two men aged 77 and 83, sustained injuries of varying severity. They were diagnosed with mine-blast injuries, shrapnel wounds, and bruises. Medics have assessed their conditions as moderate, and they have received necessary medical care.

The attack also caused significant damage to 21 households and vehicles. A pre-trial investigation has been launched as part of criminal proceedings regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As reported, on April 12, Russian drones once again attacked Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region, damaging civilian infrastructure.
