In Crimea, occupiers force students to donate blood for Russian military

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, Russians are forcing medical students to donate blood for the Russian military.

This was reported in Telegram by the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement, Ukrinform reports.

“Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement report that although it is officially a “voluntary action,” students and teachers are forced to register as donors,” the statement reads.

It is noted that students are promised extra points for regular blood donations to the Russian Armed Forces throughout the year.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the occupiers are forcing students in Crimea to register for military service in order to receive a scholarship.
