On the morning of February 1, Russian troops attacked the Kholodnohirsky district of Kharkiv, and there is a victim.
This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“In Kharkiv, there was a preliminary attack in the Kholodnohirsky district, within the residential area. There is a fire at the site of the hit,” he said.
A little later, Terekhov clarified: “There is preliminary information about one victim at the site of the arrival.”
