Russians hit historic center of Odesa with missiles

Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
Kiper emphasized that the threat remains and urged residents to stay in shelters.
A series of explosions were heard in Odesa during the air raid alert.
The Ukrainian Air Force also warned of the potential use of ballistic missiles by Russian forces.
