Russian forces hit enterprise near Izium with missiles
Volodymyr Tymoshko, head of the main directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, announced this on Ukrainian television, Ukrinform reports.
"A missile strike was launched on a village near Izium. A 58-year-old civilian man was hospitalized with chest injuries and pneumothorax. This is the territory of a farm," Tymoshko said.
The type of missiles is being determined, he added. According to preliminary data, these could be Kh-35, Kh-38 or Kh-59 air-launched missiles.
According to Tymoshko, the Russians quite often use missiles of this type for strikes against the Kharkiv region, and most of them were manufactured already this year.
Early on July 22, the Russians carried out an airstrike on Senkove in the Kharkiv region, injuring a woman.
The Russians also shelled Podoly in the Kupiansk district, injuring a woman.
