Russian missile strike on Dnipro: One killed, nine injured, including baby
Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"One person was killed in Dnipropetrovsk. Six others were injured. Among them is a 7-month-old baby. The girl has suffered combustion product poisoning," he posted..
He noted that three people are in serious condition - women aged 27 and 30 and a 29-year-old man. The rest are in moderate condition.
Later, Lysak posted that the number of those injured grew to nine.
Four floors of the multi-story building were damaged.
According to Lysak, people may be trapped in the apartments. People are also blocked in cars around the site of the missile attack.
One of the sections of the damaged building caught fire.
As earlier reported, a Russian missile hit a residential building in Dnipro. Rescuers, medics, and all services are already at the scene and are providing all necessary assistance.
