Ukrainian intel shares satellite image showing destroyed Russian ammo depot in Crimea
"On January 4, 2024, a comprehensive special operation was carried out on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea. The targets of the attack, carried out by warriors of Main Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with the state defense forces, were Russian radar positions at the Saki airfield and an ammunition depot near the village of Hryshyne," the defense intelligence posted on Facebook.
Space reconnaissance data reportedly confirms a successful fire attack on the Russian ammunition depot in Hryshyne.
Information about other losses of the Russian army in temporarily occupied Crimea is being clarified.
As reported by Ukrinform, on Thursday, January 4, explosions were heard in Crimea’s Sevastopol and Yevpatoriya. Russian Telegram channels reported about Ukraine's massive attack against Crimea.
Among other things, two strikes were reported in the Sevastopol bay area.
On the same day, the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk thanked Ukrainian pilots and all those who planned the operation for their impeccable combat work in Sevastopol and Yevpatoriya.
Later, the Department for Strategic Communications of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that the command post of the Russian troops outside Sevastopol had been hit.
