Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 260,270
The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
Between February 24, 2022 and August 26, 2023, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 4,390 tanks (+12 over the past day), 8,539 armored fighting vehicles (+18), 5,379 artillery systems (+18), 726 multiple launch rocket systems (+2), 497 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+2), 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 7,823 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+33), 18 warships/boats, 4,367 unmanned aerial vehicles (+11), 804 special equipment units (+2). A total of 1,411 enemy cruise missiles (+2) were shot down.
