The Southern Defense Forces destroyed and damaged three Russian S-300 launchers during the day.

This was stated by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, on the air of the 'United News' telethon, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.

She noted that on Wednesday, a really powerful means of defense of the Russian Federation, namely the S-400, was destroyed in Crimea. However, according to her, it should be understood that this was not the only means of defense for the Russians and that they still had many weapons that the Ukrainian military would have to destroy.

"But this is not the only loss in the enemy's defense system over the past day. In our area of responsibility, we also worked on air defense systems, and three S-300 launchers were destroyed and damaged. That is, they can no longer be used either as a means of defense in the Kherson region or as a means of attack," informed Humeniuk.

The head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine noted that the cotton season is ongoing, and as the weather permits, the Ukrainian military will continue to 'sow cotton'.
