Yurii Ihnat, spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, said this on the air of the 'United News' telethon, answering questions about the details of the missile strike on Dnipro, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"Not many weapons were used. They attacked from Crimea, from the Rostov region, etc. In particular, two Iskander-M missiles were launched from the Rostov region, which are ballistic missiles. We know what it is, we know how dangerous it is and we know that we have limited time to really respond to this threat," he said.
According to him, an Iskander-K cruise missile was also launched from Crimea, which was shot down by Ukrainian defense forces in the area of responsibility of the East Air Command.
As reported, according to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the enemy fired several missiles at the Dnipro at night. There was destruction, seven people were injured.
