Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 16,544 children have been found in Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"As of August 23, 2023, according to the state portal 'Children of War', (1,173 children are considered missing in Ukraine - ed.), 16,544 children are found," the press service said.

As reported, as of August 22, a total of 1,172 children were reported missing in Ukraine.
