Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to 258,340

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 258,340 Russian invaders in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to August 22, 2023, including 410 invaders in the past day alone.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
The Ukrainian defenders have also destroyed 4,362enemy tanks (+4 in the past day), 8,476 armored combat vehicles (+27), 5,295 artillery systems (+31), 721 multiple launch rocket systems (+2), 491 air defense systems (+2), 315 aircraft, 316 helicopters, 4,312 unmanned aerial vehicles (+3), 1,406 cruise missiles, 18 warships/cutters, 7,722 motor vehicles (+30), and 797 special equipment units (+3).
The data are being updated.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck four Russian command posts, one manpower, weapons, equipment cluster, and three artillery units in firing positions in the past day.
