Invaders intensifying humanitarian crisis in occupied territories - National Resistance Center

Russian occupiers are provoking a humanitarian crisis in Ukrainian territories they temporarily occupy in order to make the local population dependent on the invaders' "administrations."

That's according to Ukraine's National Resistance Center, Ukrinform reports.

Since the occupation, there has been an increase in prices for goods, especially food, in the captured regions, the statement said.

"A decrease in the turnover of production and sales of products produced at enterprises controlled by the enemy is also recorded," the Center said.

At the same time, in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region, the situation has worsened with the provision of fresh water to the region, and as a result of the so-called 'mobilization' measures, the enemy received an inevitable shortage of manpower.

The Center noted that the difficult security situation and destroyed infrastructure are an additional factor that makes the local population move deep inside occupied territories to "get evacuated" to Russia or receive an enemy's passport for the right to receive "social assistance."
