Once again, Russia is trying to accumulate stocks of long-range weapons to continue its missile terror.

Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said this in an interview with Obozrevatel, answering the question whether the tactics of shelling by the Russian Federation have changed, according to Ukrinform.

"Now Russia is once again trying to accumulate stocks of long-range weapons to continue its missile terror," Skibitskyi said.

According to him, in general, the change in Russian tactics today is that they combine different types of weapons during air attacks, but the number of missiles in one wave of attack has decreased. "The Russians also imitate launches, use fake targets, and conduct reconnaissance, including space reconnaissance," the DIU representative added.

He emphasized that the Russians are seeking to identify gaps to bypass our air defense system or to hit our systems to defend against air threats.

As reported, an increasing number of possible weapons shipments are being transported from Tehran to Moscow via the Caspian Sea. Experts believe that this route is used to transport drones, bullets, and mortar shells that Russia is purchasing for the war in Ukraine.
