The Russian Federation does not have the capability to build new Kh-22 missiles, but it can produce 'Kalibr' and 'Kinzhal'.

Petro Chernyk, a military expert, said this during a roundtable discussion at the Military Media Center, according to Ukrinform.

"Once the Russians run out of old Soviet Kh-22 cruise missiles, which have the largest warhead weight among the missiles they have - 960 kg - it will be impossible to produce new ones. But at the same time, they can build relatively new 3M-14 'Kalib'r, X-101, and X-47M2 'Kinzhal',the expert noted.
