Zaporizhzhia region suffers over 90 Russian strikes in past day

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have carried out 92 strikes targeting the territory of Zaporizhzhia region.

Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Yuriy Malashko reported the news on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.

"92 strikes at 24 settlements over the past day – no residents were injured across the region. So far, 26 reports have been received of destruction of houses, apartments, and infrastructure facilities as a result of enemy strikes in Zaporizhzhia, Vasylivka, and Polohy districts," he informed.

It is noted that most of the strikes, 82, were from artillery fire. They targeted Hulyaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novoyakovlivka, Novoandriyivka, Hulyaipilske, Novodarivka, Charivne, Krasne, Malynivka, Bilohirya, Preobrazhenka, Shcherbaky, Levadne, Yehorivka, Mala Tokmachka, Omelnyk, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, and Piatykhatky.

The enemy attacked Novoyakovlivka, Olhivske, Temyrivka, and Chervone by launching anti-aircraft missiles, three times carrying out air strikes at Orikhiv, and attacking Novoandriivka and Malynivka with UAVs.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, in the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out massive strikes on the settlements of Boghodukhiv, Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupiansk districts in Kharkiv region, damaging residential and commercial buildings.
