Russians shell Kherson again - four firefighters injured

In Kherson, four rescuers were injured while extinguishing a fire caused by shelling in the cathedral, and a second attack took place.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Kherson. During the extinguishing of the fire caused by the shelling in St. Catherine's Cathedral, there was a repeated shelling," the message says.

According to the Interior Ministry, four employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were injured. All of them are hospitalized and are being provided with the necessary assistance.

Special equipment was also damaged.

According to the Kherson regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war has been launched.

As reported, in the morning, the Russian army fired at a church in the center of Kherson, injuring three passengers of a trolleybus that was passing by.
