The Ukrainian military is using the experiences from the first two weeks of their latest counteroffensive to refine tactics and is making confident progress in all key areas.

That’s according to a report by UK’s Defense Ministry citing a defense intelligence update, Ukrinform reports.

It is noted that in recent days, Ukrainian troops have re-set and have again been undertaking major offensive operations on three main axes in southern and eastern Ukraine.

The Ukrainian military is using the experience from the first two weeks of the counter-offensive to refine tactics for assaulting the deep, well prepared Russian defences,” the report reads.

"Ukrainian units are making gradual but steady tactical progress in key areas," British intelligence notes.

At the same time, in Luhansk region, Russian forces have made their own significant effort to launch an attack in the Serebryanka Forest near Kreminna. “This probably reflects continued Russian senior leadership orders to go on the offensive whenever possible,” according to the report.

British intelligence notes Moscow’s "small successes,” adding that Ukrainian forces “prevented a breakthrough.”

As reported, since February 24, 2022, Ukraine’s Defense Forces have eliminated 223,910 Russian invaders, as per the General Staff.
