The relevant statement was made by Spokesperson for the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yurii Ihnat during a nationwide telethon, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“It was relatively calm; the enemy used different types of weapons. It is obvious that the day before we saw an influx of missiles – over 50 projectiles attacking our country from different directions. This time they only used the S-300 missiles, in the Zaporizhzhia region,” Ihnat told.
In his words, the S-300 missiles are known to be ballistic and, thus, such projectiles pose a serious threat.
A reminder that, on the night of June 25, 2023, Russian troops attacked the suburbs of the city of Zaporizhzhia.
