In the afternoon, the Russian invaders again shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging critical infrastructure facilities.

Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, wrote this on Telegram Ukrinform reports.

"Two critical infrastructure facilities were damaged," he wrote.

Overall, according to Lukashuk, the Russians have been actively attacking certain infrastructure facilities for the past few days, seriously complicating the provision of water supply to the city's residents.

"They deliberately choose their targets, directing their efforts to enhance the humanitarian crisis," he wrote.

The enemy strikes also damaged nine private residential buildings, seven farm buildings, a car, fences, solar power plant panels, a gas pipeline, and two power transmission lines.

According to Lukashuk, in other communities, the situation was calm. No casualties have been reported.

As reported by Ukrinform, on June 17, the Russian army hit Dnipropetrovsk region twice. The enemy fired heavy artillery at the Velykomykhaylivka community of Synelnykove district and Myrove community of Nikopol district.
