“Over the past day, the enemy has been continuously causing terror against civilians in the Kharkiv region. The settlements in the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Izium districts were remaining under enemy fire,” Syniehubov wrote.

Around 00:30 a.m., May 29, 2023, a residential house was damaged in Russia’s artillery strike on the Izium district’s village of Bohuslavka. A man, 49, was injured.

In the Kupiansk district’s village of Petropavlivka, a detached house was hit. Two household buildings were on fire.

Additionally, Russian attacks caused damage to a residential house and a car in Kupiansk.

“The Kharkiv region’s defenders continue repelling attacks by the occupiers at the contact line. Yesterday, the enemy again attempted to conduct offensive actions near the village of Masiutivka but failed,” Syniehubov noted.
