Enemy strikes infrastructure object in Zhytomyr region

"Today, during the air raid alert, the enemy attacked an infrastructure object in Zhytomyr region. Explosions were heard," Vitaliy Bunechko, Head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.

The Air Force command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 combat drones from the northern direction – Bryansk region – and the southern – Krasnodar Territory – last night. In total, 54 kamikaze drones were launched. The Ukrainian troops destroyed 52 drones.
