The Ukrainian troops are gradually advancing in the suburbs of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, and have also captured Russian invaders.
"At the epicenter of military operations in Bakhmut direction, the situation develops dynamically. Our troops are gradually advancing in two directions in the suburbs of Bakhmut. There will be no correct numbers now because active operations are ongoing. Our troops are destroying the enemy and have already captured many [Russian soldiers]," Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar posted on Telegram.
As noted, the situation in the city itself is more complicated. However, thanks to the thoughtful planning of the command and the courage of Ukrainian fighters, the enemy cannot take control of the city.
As reported, the Ukrainian defenders carry out defensive and offensive operations in Bakhmut direction.
