The National Police's War Criminal database already includes more than 200,000 Russians who committed crimes in Ukraine.

The Head of the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv region Andriy Nebytov said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

He noted that the National Police has created a subsystem called "War Criminal" where all units enter data on Russian military personnel who committed crimes on the territory of Ukraine.

"In total, this database already includes more than 200,000 Russians who have crossed the borders of Ukraine with weapons and committed crimes here. In my opinion, this is a very good base for SBU investigators and other bodies investigating war crimes," emphasized Nebytov.

According to him, the police of Kyiv region have entered data on more than 5,600 people into the relevant subsystem. At the same time, Nebytov clarified that the police of Kyiv region have identified 21 servicemen of the Russian Federation army who are currently being prosecuted.
