Canada shows Leopard 2 tank being transported to Europe

Canada’s Ministry of Defense showed the process of sending a Leopard 2 tank to Poland, which is destined for Ukraine.

“What does it take to safely load a Leopard II tank destined for Ukraine on a RCAF aircraft C-17? Planning, coordination and making sure it is properly secured in the aircraft by the talented cadre of RCAF Traffic Techs and Loadmasters!” the Royal Canadian Air Force posted on its Twitter account.

As reported, last week Canada delivered to Poland all eight Leopard 2 main battle tanks promised to Ukraine. After the Ukrainian tankers complete training on them, the tanks will be handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
