Wagnerites killing children won’t escape justice - Head of Zelensky’s Office

Yermak wrote about this on Telegram, commenting on a video published in the media in which Wagner Group mercenaries confess to taking part in mass murders of civilians, including children, Ukrinform reports.

"Russian terrorists confessed to killing Ukrainian children in Bakhmut and Soledar. Now we are talking about war criminals from the Wagner PMC, but this sheds light on the crimes of the Russian army in Ukraine. They abduct our children and kill them. How many more such crimes arhave been committed? A nation of non-humans and murderers, biological garbage of this world," emphasized Yermak.

However, according to the official, confession is not enough. There must be accountability – harsh and fair – and it will definitely come.

"We will find out about all such crimes and we will find everyone who committed them," Yermak assured.

According to him, the Russians have abducted thousands of Ukrainian children, and it remains unclear how many of them are still alive.

"We are doing everything to get our children back. The world must see the face of Russia – not be afraid of it but beat it hard," emphasized Yermak.

As reported, the Russian rights watchdog Gulagu.net published appalling evidence of war crimes committed by the Wagner Group on the orders of its leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin. The video features two ex-commanders of the Wagner unit who confess to executing people in Bakhmut and Soledar, including children.

The first of them said that his group had shot 24 people, including teenagers, in Bakhmut, simply because of their tattoos.

The second "Wagnerite" told about the group’s atrocities in Soledar and Bakhmut.

"I carried out the order with this hand, I killed children. You know, on orders. What we did... We were given the command to purge the area and kill everyone. So went there and killed everyone - women, men, the elderly, and children, including small ones - five-year-olds," he said.
