School damaged as two Russian missiles hit Sloviansk

The Russian invasion forces shelled Sloviansk, Donetsk region, overnight Thursday.

That’s according to the City Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

Two S-300 missiles hit the city, said administration chief Vadym Liakh.

One of the missiles hit just outside School No. 8. In addition to the educational facility, apartment blocks nearby were also damaged. Windows have been shattered, doors pulled out, and balconies damaged.

"The second missile hit near the city waterworks. Several houses were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties in both incidents," Liakh said.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, in the past day, the enemy launched two missile attacks, 32 airstrikes, and over 40 salvos involving MLR systems at the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian infrastructure of populated areas. Casualties were reported. Two Russian S300 missiles hit civilian infrastructure in Sloviansk.
