Enemy trying to advance in five directions, using aviation actively

This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 18:00 on February 14 published on Facebook.

"Despite significant losses, the enemy still does not give up its intention to reach the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The invaders continue to focus their main efforts on conducting offensive operations in Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk directions. Enemy aviation is actively operating," the report reads.

During the day, Ukraine’s Air Force launched eight strikes on the enemy personnel and military equipment clusters. Ukrainian missile and artillery units struck an enemy personnel cluster, three ammunition depots, and two electronic warfare systems.

Russian troops, according to the General Staff data, launched two missile attacks on the civilian infrastructure of Kostiantynivka and Kramatorsk in Donetsk region, injuring civilians. A humanitarian aid center and a healthcare facility were also damaged by enemy fire.

In addition, during the day, the enemy launched more than 25 MLRS attacks, in particular, targeting civilian objects in Kherson, Ochakiv, and Beryslav. Enemy shells damaged private houses and apartment blocks, injuring civilians.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected in Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna, and Slobozhanshchyna directions. At the same time, Russian troops do not stop firing mortars and artillery at the Ukrainian positions and the settlements near the contact line.

In particular, the areas of Yanzhulivka in Chernihiv region; Tovstodubove, Bilokopytove, Vovkivka, Volfyne, Basivka in Sumy region; Veterynarne, Baranivka, Strilecha, Krasne, Ternova, Hlyboke, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Chuhunivka, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Kupyansk, Ridkodub in Kharkiv region came under enemy fire.

In Kupyansk and Lyman directions, the invaders shelled more than 15 settlements with tanks, mortars, and artillery, including Berestove, Vyshneve, Tabaivka in Kharkiv region; Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Pishchane, Dibrova, Serebrianske forestry, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Fedorivka in Donetsk region. Russian troops launched air strikes on Berestove, Zhytlivka, Verkhniokamyanske.

In Bakhmut direction, more than 20 settlements suffered from Russian mortar and artillery fire, including Bilohorivka, Vesele, Paraskoviivka, Zaliznianske, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Klishchiivka, Zalizne, New York in Donetsk region. The areas of Bakhmut, Ivanivske, and Kurdiumivka were hit by enemy airstrikes.

In Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, 22 settlements came under tank, mortar, and artillery fire, including Avdiivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Vesele, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Heorhiivka, Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, Neskuchne in Donetsk region. The enemy also launched airstrikes near Avdiivka and Vuhledar.

The Russians dropped K-51 aerosol grenades from drones on the positions of Ukrainian defenders in Vodiane area.

In Zaporizhzhia region, more than 20 settlements, including Olhivske, Malynivka, Staroukrainka, Huliaypilske, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Novoandriyivka, Stepove in Zaporizhzhia region, came under enemy fire. The enemy also launched airstrikes near Malynivka and Novodanylivka.

In Kherson direction, Kherson city and its suburbs, as well as the areas of more than 25 settlements, including Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Beryslav, Vesele, Inhulets, Antonivka, Zymivnyk, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Veletenske in Kherson region, came under enemy artillery fire.
