To strengthen counter-sabotage measures, the enemy sent about 200 Russian Guard soldiers to the temporarily captured territories of Kherson region. They were accommodated in the Chayka recreation center in the village of Lazurne and the movement of local residents in the village was restricted for the safety of the occupiers.

It is also noted that due to the poor provision of winter uniforms, the number of Russian servicemen with signs of frostbite has increased significantly since January. In the healthcare facilities of Horlivka, Donetsk region, the number of patients with such a diagnosis is up to 30% of all wounded.

"Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s Air Force launched eight strikes on the enemy buildup areas and three strikes on the positions of its anti-aircraft missile systems.
