The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"'Mopeds' again. Guardians of the sky are on the defensive. Be careful, take care of yourself," he wrote.
