Maliar: Russians ‘nationalize’ property of private enterprises in temporarily occupied areas

Ukrinform
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russian invaders conduct an "inventory" of the property of entrepreneurs with the aim of further "nationalization".

"The inventory of the movable and immovable property of private enterprises is being conducted for the purpose of further so-called nationalization,” Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar posted on Telegram.

At the same time, Maliar added, the invaders consider the non-compliance of ownership documents with the new standards issued under Russian legislation as a sufficient reason for seizing an enterprise.

As reported, the U.S. Institute for the Study of War stated that Russian president Vladimir Putin actually legalized by his decree the confiscation of the property of Ukrainians in the occupied territories.
