"This war has claimed the lives of 483 civilian residents of the region, including 12 children. So far, more than 8,000 civilian objects have been damaged. But this figure is not final, work on documenting the consequences is still ongoing. In total, it can be more than 10,000 civilian objects and more than 2,000 critical infrastructure facilities," he said.

The governor also said that Mykolaiv region had been under constant shelling until November 11. Out of 280 days of the full-scale war, the region was not shelled for only 30 days.

According to Kim, for the region to return to normal life, the first tasks are the restoration of business and infrastructure. After all, the residents of the region currently have no jobs and cannot earn a living.
