Ukraine Army engages Russian firing points in Kherson region

Ukraine forces have delivered a blow to the Russian positions, from which the enemy shelled Kherson on December 31.
That’s according to Serhiy Khlan, Deputy of the Kherson Regional Council, Ukrinform reports.
"Kherson region. Yesterday, our Armed Forces gave a powerful response to the Russians for their terror on New Year's Eve. Oleshky – four times, Oleshky forest – three times, Radensk, Hola Prystan, and Henichesk district," the statement reads.
He noted that it was from these positions that the enemy launched a massive artillery strike on Kherson on December 31.
As reported by Ukrinform, a Naddniprianske woman, 82, who was wounded by enemy shelling on December 31, died in a hospital in Kherson region. A wounded teenage boy, 13 is currently in grave condition, while the life of his sister, 12, is not under threat.
