Ukrainian Air Force launches four strikes on enemy positions

The Ukrainian Air Force has launched four strikes on the areas of concentration of Russian invaders during the current day. Units of missile and artillery forces of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, for their part, hit two command posts, two areas of concentration of manpower and an ammunition depot of the enemy.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a report as of 18:00, December 28, published on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

According to the General Staff, during the current day, the Russian troops launched two air strikes and the same number of missile strikes, as well as carried out more than ten attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.

"Russian occupiers continue to die ingloriously in Ukraine. In Zaporizhzhia region, the destruction of one S-300 anti-aircraft system, eight units of military equipment of various types and an ammunition depot was confirmed. More than 150 service members were injured. The number of those eliminated is being verified," the General Staff said.

It has been established that in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, Russian soldiers and mercenaries of the invading forces are massively leaving their places of service. Certain divisions of the Russian Guard have been sent to the city of Prymorsk for search operations. According to preliminary data, more than 200 people have been declared wanted.

As Ukrinform reported, as of December 28, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 103,770 Russian invaders, more than 3,000 enemy tanks, more than 6,000 armored combat vehicles and other enemy equipment.
