“Today, another brutal attack by Russia on recently-liberated Kherson.  The city’s citizens already suffered so much when Russia’s retreating forces cut off power and water.  Initial reports indicate many dead and injured. Truly horrific, especially on Christmas Eve,” Brink wrote.

A reminder that, on December 24, 2022, Russian troops again struck downtown Kherson. At least eight civilians were reported killed and 58 injured.
