Enemy shells Kupyansk, Vovchansk. Five injured, including hospital staff

Five people were injured in today's enemy shelling of Kupyansk and Vovchansk in Kharkiv region. Four of them are workers of the district hospital.

"Today, the enemy again shelled the towns of Kupyansk and Vovchansk. Civilians were injured. In Vovchansk, five people were injured in the shelling. Four of them (three men and one woman) are Central District Hospital staff members. They were diagnosed with mine blast and shrapnel injuries. Also, a passer-by – a 62-year-old man – was injured," Oleh Synegubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

All the injured are given the necessary assistance.

A residential building was damaged in a Russian rocket attack on Kupyansk. According to preliminary information, nobody was injured.

In addition, a 25-year-old man got hit by an unknown explosive device in the forest in the village of Protopopivka, Izium district. He was hospitalized with injuries.

As reported, Russian troops continue shelling the border of Kharkiv region. Kupyansk and Vovchansk towns, as well as the villages in Vovchansk community, are under constant fire.
