Five killed, 17 injured in Russian attacks on Ukraine over past day

On December 20, 2022, five civilians were killed and 17 injured in Russian attacks on the territory of Ukraine.

The relevant statement was made by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to the data from regional military administrations, four civilians were killed (two bodies discovered of those killed earlier) and eight injured in the Donetsk region, two injured in the Zaporizhzhia region, one injured in the Kharkiv region, one killed and six injured in the Kherson region.

A reminder that, on December 20, 2022, Russian troops opened fire on the Kherson region 71 times. One civilian was killed and six injured.
