Following the latest Russian terrorist attack on energy infrastructure facilities in Dnipropetrovsk region, the level of power supply is critically low in the area.

Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The majority of municipal heating and water supply facilities remained without power. Thanks to the titanic work of energy repair teams, partial supply of electricity to the city's largest pumping and filtering stations is scheduled for around 21:00. After their launch, approximately six hours are needed to fill the networks and restore pressure, so the residents of the lower part of the right bank and left bank of the city will receive water supply in full around 9:00 tomorrow, if of course there are no new ‘surprises,’” he wrote.

According to Filatov, the regional water supplier to the upper part of the right bank is still waiting for the completion of repair works by Ukrenergo, so the restoration of supplies is planned for only around 15:00 on December 17.

"Given the current crisis in Dnipropetrovsk region, DTEK and Ukrenergo are developing a schedule for power supplies to households,” he added. “We are working, but the situation is very, very difficult."

Most of the city's boiler houses are also waiting for the restoration of power and water supply.

Utility repair teams work non-stop to improve the situation in the city.

Earlier it was reported that rescuers in Kryvyi Rih continue to dismantle the rubble of a three-storey residential building that was hit by a Russian missile. A 1.5-year-old toddler remains under the rubble. Three people were killed and 13 wounded, including children, in the latest attack, as of now.
