No signs of enemy forming groups for offensive from Belarus – Ukraine’s General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in its evening update on December 13, Ukrinform reports.

According to the General Staff, during the current day, the Russian troops launched two missile strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions, as well as more than 20 MLRS attacks.

There is still a threat of enemy air strikes and missile attacks on civilian infrastructure throughout the territory of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, the situation has not undergone significant change in the Volyn and Polissia directions. No signs of formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected.

In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanshchyna directions, the invaders shelled the areas of Seredyna-Buda and Riasne settlements in Sumy region, as well as Strelecha, Starytsia, Ambarne, Vilkhuvatka, Dvorichna and Krasne in Kharkiv region.

In the Kupiansk direction, the areas of Kupiansk, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Tabaivka and Berestove in Kharkiv region, as well as Stelmakhivka and Miasozharivka in Luhansk region were shelled by tanks and the entire range of enemy artillery.

In the Lyman direction, the Russians shelled the areas of Hrekivka, Ploshchanka and Nevske districts in Luhansk region, as well as Terniv and Yampolivka in Donetsk region with tanks and artillery.

In the Bakhmut direction, Russian troops used tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery to attack the positions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces in the areas of Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Chasiv Yar, Druzhba and Zalizne in Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, the invaders used tanks and artillery of various types. Almost 20 settlements came under enemy shelling, including Avdiivka, Nevelske, Heorhiivka, Maryinka, and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy struck the areas near Vremivka, Vuhledar, Neskuchne, and Prechystivka in Donetsk region with mortars, barrel and jet artillery.

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the Russian troops continue to shell the positions of the Defense Forces and the civilian infrastructure of settlements along the right bank of the Dnipro River.

During the current day, units of missile and artillery forces of the Defense Forces hit two areas of concentration of enemy manpower.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russia has already lost about 95,260 troops in Ukraine.
