Eight civilians killed in Russia’s shelling of Kurakhove

Russian troops have struck the Donetsk region’s city of Kurakhove with artillery. Eight civilians were reported killed.

The relevant statement was made by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The Donetsk region’s Kurakhove. The enemy opened fire on the city with multiple launch rocket systems. A market, bus station, filling stations and residential houses came under enemy fire. Eight civilians were killed and five injured,” Tymoshenko wrote.
