Maasikas: EU proud to support Ukrainian Armed Forces with weapons and training
According to Ukrinform, the head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Matti Maasikas, said in his greeting on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"These heroic men and women are resisting the Russian aggressor, bringing Ukraine's victory closer. The European Union is proud and humbled to support them with weapons and training. Slava Ukraini [Glory to Ukraine]!" the diplomat wrote.

The Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is marked on December 6 -- the day of the adoption in 1991 of the law "On the Armed Forces of Ukraine."
