Another wave of mobilization being prepared in occupied Crimea

In the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the employees of military enlistment offices get ready for another wave of mobilization.

This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06:00, December 2, published on Facebook.

"Over the past day, the units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the occupiers’ attacks near Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Chervopopivka, and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region and Hryhorivka, Vyimka, Bakhmut, Opytne, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka, Pivnichne, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, and Marinka in Donetsk region," the report reads.

Over the past day, the enemy launched five missile attacks on the civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, 30 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops, and more than 35 MLRS attacks on the settlements along the contact line.

There is still a threat of missile strikes on the energy system and critical infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine, the General Staff warns.

In Volyn and Polissia directions, the situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups have been detected.

In Slobozhansky direction, the Russians continue to hold their troops in the border areas of Russia’s Belgorod region. The areas of Slobozhanske, Ohirtseve, Bochkove, Mala Vovcha, Budarky, Strilecha, Ternova, Chuhunivka, Dvorichne and Zapadne settlements in Kharkiv region came under enemy artillery fire.

The enemy defends itself in Kupyansk and Lyman directions. The invaders opened fire from tanks and artillery on the areas of Tabaivka, Krokhmalne and Berestov settlements in Kharkiv region; Stelmakhivka, Myasozharivka, Makiivka and Ploschanka in Luhansk region; Novoselivka and Torske in Donetsk region.

In Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive operations. The objects in the areas of Andriivka, Serebrianka, Verkhniokamyanske, Druzhba, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Pivnichne, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Kurdiumivka, Klishchiivka, Zalizne, and New York in Donetsk region came under tank, mortar, tube and rocket fire.

The occupiers try to improve their tactical position in Avdiivka direction. The areas of Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Vesele, Krasnohorivka, and Marinka in Donetsk region were hit with tanks and artillery of various types.

The enemy defends itself in Novopavlivka direction. The areas of Vremivka, Velyka Novosilka, Bohoyavlenka, Paraskoviivka, Zolota Nyva, Prechistivka, Vuhledar, and Pavlivka in Donetsk region were shelled with artillery.

The aggressor defends itself in Zaporizhzhia direction. Nikopol, Kamyanske, Huliaypole, Dorozhnianka, Bilohirya in Zaporizhzhia region and Illinka in Dnipropetrovsk region were struck.

The enemy also holds defense in Kherson direction. The areas of settlements located on the right bank of the Dnipro River, in particular, Kachkarivka, Tokarivka, and Antonivka, Kherson region, were hit with artillery. The enemy does not stop shelling Kherson city and its suburbs.

According to the General Staff data, the enemy intensified filtration measures in the temporarily captured territory of Kherson region. In particular, at the checkpoints to enter and leave the town of Henichesk, the occupiers check all vehicles, documents and phones of local residents.

Over the past day, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched 19 strikes on the enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment clusters, as well as three strikes on the positions of the enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.

"Over the past day, our soldiers shot down one Orlan-10 UAV. In addition, the missile and artillery units hit four command posts, an enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment cluster, as well as five other important objects of the occupiers," the General Staff noted.

As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 89,440 Russian invaders from February 24 to December 1.
