UN: Over 4.75M refugees from Ukraine registered for Temporary Protection in Europe

Over 4.75 million refugees from Ukraine have already registered for Temporary Protection or similar national protection schemes in Europe.

The relevant data were provided by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as of November 22, 2022, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

According to the UNHCR, the number of refugees from Ukraine, registered for Temporary Protection or similar national protection schemes in Europe, has reached 4,751,065 people.

Statistics are compiled mainly from data provided by authorities.

Across the European Union, most refugee numbers were recorded in Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic.
