Macron: Russian missile strikes on Ukraine are war crimes that cannot go unpunished

French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that Russia’s missile attacks on Ukraine are war crimes that cannot go unpunished.

He wrote this on his Twitter account, Ukrinform reports.

“Ukraine suffered massive shelling today [November 23], leaving much of the country without water or electricity. Strikes against civilian infrastructures are war crimes and cannot go unpunished,” he wrote.

Macron also added that France will “mobilize international support for Ukraine on December 13 to help that country remain resilient and to guarantee its energy access”.

As reported, on November 23, the Russian troops launched another a massive missile attack against Ukraine, targeting infrastructure facilities and residential buildings, killing and wounding civilians.
