The enemy continues to shell the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River. The enemy used tanks, mortars and all types of artillery outside the settlements of Osokorivka, Havrylivka, Mylove, Shliakhove, Vesele, Vysuntsi, Veletenske, Stanislav and Kherson.

Covert mobilization continues in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea to recruit soldiers to the ranks of the Russian army. In particular, a meeting was held in Simferopol on November 19 this year with the participation of the so-called heads of law enforcement agencies with representatives of the city administration and heads of village councils. The main issue raised at the meeting was the failure to mobilize the required number of soldiers.

In order to solve this problem, on November 21, representatives of the so-called military enlistment offices and the police began handing out summonses.

According to the General Staff, on November 21, Ukrainian aircraft struck an area of concentration of enemy personnel. Ukrainian rocket and artillery forces hit a command post, fuel depot and an area of concentration of military assets and personnel of the enemy.
