Some of Russian units have been redeployed from the Kherson direction to the Luhansk region’s city of Novoaidar.

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“According to the available information, the movement of separate units of Russian occupation troops was recorded from the Kherson direction to the Luhansk region’s Novoaidar,” the report states.

The enemy’s losses in the Kherson region were confirmed. In particular, about 50 Russian soldiers were killed as Ukrainian forces struck an enemy cluster in the city of Skadovsk, and an enemy ammunition depot was destroyed in the city of Chaplynka.

In order to build up the engineering equipment of defensive lines near the Zaporizhzhia region’s Mykhailivka, Russian occupiers are planning to use production facilities in the Zaporizhzhia region’s Pryshyb to make protective structures.

Over the past day, Ukrainian air forces have launched four strikes on enemy personnel, ammunition and military equipment clusters.

Ukraine’s missile and artillery units hit two Russian command posts, nine enemy personnel, ammunition and military equipment clusters, two ammunition depots and one railway bridge.
